F1: Verstappen Wins British GP, Extends Winning Streak
Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing has claimed victory at the British Grand Prix, making it six wins in a row and equaling the record for consecutive triumphs by a team.
Verstappen dominated the race at Silverstone, leading from start to finish and setting the fastest lap. His teammate, Sergio Perez, finished second, followed by Ferrari's Carlos Sainz in third.
The win extends Verstappen's championship lead to 49 points over Charles Leclerc of Ferrari. Red Bull also now holds a 97-point advantage over Ferrari in the constructors' standings.
